District Office Opened in Corpus Christi Texas

The Eagle Ford shale play has led to the latest horizontal drilling boom in the United States.  Recently, there were 175 rigs running in Texas Railroad Commission Districts #1, #2 and #4 with 150 of these (86%) being horizontal or directional wells.
